      Blue cheese, pretty much generally. Reblochon is amazing melted (see “tartiflette”).

      I’m a big fan of spicy cheese, but apart from that I do quite like cranberry and wensleydale cheese. Man I shouldn’t start thinking about cheese because now it’s making me want some but I’ve still got 5 days until I can go to the shops!

      Cambazola – its a cross between gorgonzola and camembert and is the only blue-ish cheese I like.
