As far as I’m concerned chips and gravy should be the norm, and people should be asking “why doesn’t that person want gravy with their chips? Are they okay?” instead. What I can’t get behind though is spaghetti on pizza, or kebab & chips on pizza – both of which are dishes people tried to get me to eat when I lived in Durham. Surly by that point it’s not even pizza anymore, just a normal meal with too much bread and tomato sauce added in?

      Absolutely!
What’s even better, is curry sauce on chips 😀

I’ve only recently tried chips and gravy because my girlfriend made me (she’s from Scarborough and thinks everything has to be with gravy) and I thought they were good but I still dont think it beats chips with salt and vinegar.

Gravy yes, but drowned in vinegar with a pickled onion is my favourite way to have chips!!
